Having taken on Marcus Kroek from ActionCOACH less than three months ago we at A Dozen Roses have taken huge strides towards getting our business on the right track.

Firstly, acknowledging we need an ActionCOACH is a huge step and being honest enough to say “we need help” and to know there is a person like Marcus out there with the experience, knowledge and passion for business to guide us through the process is extremely comforting to business owners and especially us.

Already there has been huge changes in our organisation – Wade & I are far more focused on specific tasks and goal orientated.  We are together on our business vision and personal goals which is fantastic and really helps move us in the right direction.  We increased our Valentine’s Day turnover in our rose shop at Warnervale by 14% this year due to better marketing strategies and planning introduced by Marcus.

All managerial staff have all implemented and adhere to strick default diaries which makes us so much more time efficient & productive thanks to Marcus and his Coaching on Time Mastery.

We are extremely aware of our breakeven figures and have set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets which we obviously strive to achieve.

A Dozen Roses used a recruitment strategy  suggested by Marcus and ActionCOACH and we are pleased to say we have now employed two excellent young trainees using the group interview technique and specified questions also recommended by Marcus.
