Glen, always a good manager, quickly became one of the Harvey Norman Groups star franchisees and his team came to be acknowledged as something special by the industry’s account managers.

Such was the store’s performance that the national executive chose Glen to take on a fairly young and under-performing store in the northern suburbs of Perth.

So, eight months later, Glen and ActionCOACH parted company, the task at Maitland left unfinished.

Maitland’s loss was to be Perth’s great gain – Glen’s new store became one of the State’s top three performers within 18 months.
