The business doubled in turnover from $2,300 a week to over $4,000 a week within 2 months. That’s nearly a 100% increase.
Profit has also increased dramatically, enabling the owners to implement some improvements to their business, such as installing a computerized counter system and a new counter.
Team communication has also increased dramatically, and team morale is very high.
Renee and Vance are now able to afford a reasonable honeymoon and are able to relax knowing the business will run on its own in their absence. A very nice outcome indeed. But don’t just take my word for it. Vance and Renee say they’ve gained both personally and professionally from the experience.
“Turnover has increased, which has given us the money and opportunity to build the business the way we desire,” Vance says. “We’ve gained experience with ideas, and bought books and tapes to help snowball the business. We can now also pay for our wedding and honeymoon. We’ve also got someone to be accountable to. We have been taught the importance of the team to the business and we have attended seminars, which has given the coaching program even greater value.”
Vance says they have gained much on a personal level as well.
“We are now less anxious,” he says. “We feel more like leaders and have realized the importance of balancing our relationships with the business.”
