Having taken on Marcus Kroek from ActionCOACH less than three months ago we at A Dozen Roses have taken huge strides towards getting our business on the right track.

Firstly, acknowledging we need an ActionCOACH is a huge step and being honest enough to say “we need help” and to know there is a person like Marcus out there with the experience, knowledge and passion for business to guide us through the process is extremely comforting to business owners and especially us.

Already there has been huge changes in our organisation – Wade & I are far more focused on specific tasks and goal orientated.
