Shane was introduced to ActionCOACH at a business seminar and he was a bit concerned about how he was going to pay for business coaching as he was in debt, but he needed help.
He got one my tapes, 3 Steps To Profitable Marketing, and performed a diagnostic consultation to asses his business.
He soon realized he couldn’t afford NOT to take on a coach based on what he wanted to achieve and what he had achieved so far.
In a good month, I would gross between $4,000 to $5,000. And I wanted to make $10,000 a month and more, but didn’t know how.
After years of moving between working for customers and other builders (and some travelling overseas – something someone might normally do in their mid twenties) I became hugely frustrated with both my financial situation and myself. I absolutely knew that I had the brains, and the ability, to achieve more than this (as I had with sport through my teens and early twenties).
I have been in the Building Industry for 15 years now, but I like to say I’ve only been in the Business Industry for 18 months. I believe our market will continue growing rapidly as the population grows. The need for homes is growing, but there is not enough room. Existing homes are ageing rapidly, as well as increasing in value and this, in turn, is resulting in an increase in demand for renovation work.
Shane Besson lives in the Northern Beaches region of the Sydney metropolitan area, 40 minutes north of the Sydney CBD. And because he is in the business of renovating bathrooms, his business has no fixed address. He has no shop front, rather he likes to concentrate his efforts on the large business zone of the Sydney CBD and Northern Suburbs.

Since the start of coaching, turnover has increased by 300% and profit by a whopping 600%. Future targets exceed even that. The company has now been in business now for 6 years and are still going strong.
Their goals are to franchise the company, first in the Sydney Metropolitan area, then within the state of New South Wales, before going national and international.
The owners also aim to work more on the business instead of in it. They also aim to become financially free and to have other business interests besides this company.
