I have just completed one year of working with my ActionCOACH Mark Raicappa, and it has been a great experience! (A little like being in school, but a lot more fun!)

I now know who my customers are and where they are coming from instead of just a “gut feeling” because he taught me how to Test and Measure.

I knew we enjoyed a lot of repeat and referral business, but I have learned how to magnify that market and work smarter instead of harder. Mark has also helped me with systematizing my business and documenting procedures and making positional contracts for all Team Members. I have learned how to make a quarterly plan and to calculate the 5 Ways to increase my profits.
